Doors Open: Doors swing open at 6:00 PM - come early, beat the rush, breathe in the energy, and soak in the vibe.
Ticket Policy: There are no refunds or exchanges on tickets. (If the performance is rescheduled, tickets will be valid for the new date or refunded at the discretion of the promoter). All patrons over the age of 1 year must have a ticket to enter the auditorium.
This performance is best suited for ages 8 and above. To maintain a focused and enjoyable experience for all guests, children under 8 will not be admitted into the auditorium.Seating: It’s reserved seating, not a musical chairs situation - your spot is your throne for the night.
Show Time: Music starts at 7:00 PM sharp and wraps by 9:00 PM PT.
Photography & Recording: No pro gear, please leave the tripods to the videographers. But yes, phones are totally cool. Snap the vibes, record your fave moments - just don’t block your neighbour’s view (or get caught singing off-key on video).
